这部由黑人女星琥碧戈柏独挑大梁的影片大家一定很熟悉。

影片中的插曲《I Will Follow Him》，这其实是根据一首老歌改编的。原曲于1963年4月27日登榜首，停留三周。当时在法国，《I Will Follow Him－追随》已是一首热门上榜曲，Petula Clark曾以《Chariot》的曲名录制过，Arthur Altman和Norman Gimbel添入了英文歌词，而且还有着另外一个名字《I Will Follow You》。在电影《修女也疯狂》中，马克雪曼以曼妙风雅的编曲手法，将这首63年冠军曲改头换面，再加上琥碧戈柏与玛姬史密斯等影星的跨界卖力献唱，让福音乐、流行乐从此无界限。
