OLIVER SHANTI 個人背景簡介：

　　他的生平 有許多吸引人的地方…

　　奧立佛.香提擁有吉普賽血統，出生在二次大戰後的德國漢堡；13歲開始跑船，在15歲去加勒比海及南美洲前，在巴黎流浪。60年代末期，他住在加州、阿姆斯特丹、柏林、北非…以自我的生活方式在俱樂部酒吧等地工作、演唱，在此期間，他交了一些朋友並且在悠遊在大眾流行音樂及民間音樂間，並組織樂團。

　　在參加黎巴嫩的BaALBEK音樂節之後，奧立佛深深被東方音樂所吸引，並決定前往東方；他突然地消失，在數年之後，透過奧地利記者的報導，他被發現在印度北方叢林裡，並建立了伊索小型的醫護站及兒童救濟院。1980年，奧立佛.香提在朋友的勸說下回到了歐洲。此後，奧立佛.香提與他的朋友們建立了SATTVA 音樂的品牌，透過音樂，傳達與記錄這些遊歷歲月的洗練與回憶，也傳遞他對世界最真的期盼……。
